GREAT HOME FOR CHILDREN!This home checked all our boxes! With our growing family (4 grandchildren ages 8 years to 6 months), my main priority was a one level clean home that was very child safe/friendly, a very close walk to beach with a secured covered deck and great view. It also has two bathtubs. There are some baby items and plenty of children’s books, games, DVD’s and cups and plates. There is a big driveway with plenty of room for kids to run and play. Great communication with the owner too. We hope to return next summer!

This was a beautiful home right by the beach, 60 seconds to the sand. Lovely ocean view from the covered deck, pelicans fly right over in front of you. Great fully stocked kitchen, as well as comfy beds. I really appreciated the host’s attentiveness; very quick to respond when I had a couple of questions.The location is great, 10-15 min drive into town. The AC was also fantastic! Texas summers are hot, especially on the coast, so it was nice to have a consistent cool home to escape to. Overall it was wonderful! Would stay again.

We had an awesome stay at this home. It is really close and has beautiful views of the beach. The house was pleasantly clean, which is really difficult to do being just yards from the beach. The owner made the check-in easier than most homes we have stayed in and we did not have any issues at all. We highly recommend this home if you are looking for a place to stay in Galveston.

We loved the proximity to the beach! The house was clean, well stocked with towels, the kitchen was stocked. Five stars for sure! We will return!
