Our family had an excellent stay here. Both parents and kids were very satisfied with our experience. The kids really enjoyed the big tub down stairs. The views were just as scenic as the pictures show with an easy viewing area at several locations around the listing. We did not realize from the listing that this place was 1 of 3 accommodations in the structure shared only a single wall, but it did not affect the quality of our stay. We felt very safe staying here on the private grounds. The nights were very calm and peaceful which made you feel far away from everything while still remain only a 10-15 minutes from Estes Park. Overall we had an excellent experience and are very tempted to come back.

This property was perfectly adequate but didn’t really fit our needs. The drive up to the condo would have been worth it if you could sit outside and enjoy the mountain air, but since this wasn’t possible (decks closed, noted in listing), the drive wasn’t really worth it. It would have been easier to stay closer to Estes Park or RMNP entrance.
The property was very clean, but very, very dated. There was too much furniture making it cramped. And the furniture wasn’t really very comfortable. Again this would not have mattered if we would have been able to use outdoor space. There is a very old and breaking down picnic table in the parking area but this was not relaxing.
Check in and check out was easy. And view from the living room window was great.
