About this cabin rental
The Evergreen Hideaway is the perfect retreat for any couple. This beautiful cabin is tucked into the tall white pines at the end of a private lane and offers a HOT TUB for your relaxation needs! You can enjoy nature while sipping coffee on the large screened in back porch or cook a top-notch meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Our homey cabin adjoins Wayne National Forest & a quick four-wheeler, dirt bike or trail legal side by side away from the trails. Just a short drive to Old Man's Cave and numerous other outdoor activities yet offers the convenience of being close to restaurants, Stuarts Opera House and so much more! Because of this convenience you do get the occasional highway noise.
The owner is a few minutes away and can be available if the need arises. Owner also has private home on property.
Other things to note:
There is a second cabin that is also on the property.
Please note that the cabin is tucked just inside the woods. Although we do everything possible to deter nature’s critters, they do occasionally make an appearance. The most common in our area include mice, flying squirrels and insects include wood roaches, beetles and ants. We appreciate your understanding!
***The cabin is set up for two individuals. Should you plan to bring more than two, we must okay this and there will be a $25.00 charger per person, per night. If not notified of additional individuals beyond the two, there will be a $50.00 per person, per night charge.
*** Damage charges are at our discretion.

The bedroom is on 2nd floor and the bathroom is on the 1st. The stairs to see at night to use bathroom was a challenge to not wake up companion sleeping. The counter space in bathroom is small. The back deck being enclosed was lovely. Definitely in the woods but hear RT 33 traffic. The hot tub was nice after hiking. Glad to not have a heavy smell of chlorine. Many others places with hot tubs do. Thanks for the extra water and snacks. They came in handy for our adventures.

The cabin was clean and hot tub was really nice. If I had anything about the place to improve, (and this is really minor) i would add a tv in the loft where the bed is so you could watch TV in bed. It was great though, would definitely stay again

It was secluded yet close to stuff. Beautiful cabin and wonderful hot tub. The back porch is enclosed so no bugs. Highly recommended and pricing is very affordable.
