Located on the ground floor, Shorebirds 71 offers a rare ocean view. Enjoy a view and sounds of the ocean from the moment you walk up on your private patio. The access to the beach is a short walkway away including 3 steps to the sand, depending on the tide. The access to the condo from the parking lot is also a short walkway away and made easy with the access to grocery carts.

The location can’t be beat. It is on the ground level on a front facing building, so nothing between you and the dunes. Also because it’s a corner unit, the patio offers complete privacy. Comfortable bed/linens. Well equipped kitchen. The carpet is a little beat. Nice to have a washer and dryer with detergent available. No restaurant on site but plenty of things nearby.

Great location, but can’t see the beach or water from the property unless you are standing on your tip toes.
The kitchen could be better equipped with seasonings. They did have salt pepper and oil, but common household spices would have been nice. There was also only 2 in 1 shampoo conditioner which isn’t the best.
