About this apartment rental
Amazing charming apartment with swimming pool (2 bedrooms-2 bathrooms, and a half bath) located 10 STEPS from the sand of the most beautiful urban beach in Puerto Rico. Located in Condado and Ocean Park, San Juan, a lively (and the safest) neighborhood. Walking distance to a variety of local and trendy restaurants and 10 minutes cab ride from the airport and Old San Juan. We have a power plant in case the electricity goes of in the area, very important since Hurricane Maria!!!
Enjoy the peaceful breeze and sun in the mornings in the top roof swimming pool or beach and then have fun exploring restaurants, pubs, disco, etc. in Condado (drinks), Old San Juan (Salsa), Isla Verde (disco), Piñones (Bomba y Plena) in the evenings.
Ask the owner for larger groups.

Top entertainment walking distance: We have all kind of restaurants: Puertorican, Mexican, Japanish, Spaniard, international, healthy, vegetarian, Argentinian, Italian, French, Peruvian...walking distance.

Myself and several friends stayed for 6 nights and we had a great experience! The communication with Isabel and Ana was great - they made sure we had all the information needed about the rental with clear instructions, and they also sent us a very comprehensive guide to local eateries and recommendations which we took advantage of! The place was well equipped with beach chairs and towels, as well as enough kitchen supplies for basic breakfast prep/meals, though we mostly ate out locally in San Juan. We had parking for our rental which was extremely convenient. The unit was as described, plenty spacious and the access to the beach was definitely a highlight! Literally 1 minute walk down a path and you're there! A few minor notes - the water did go out (no fault of the owner/managers, as this is common in SJ), and it was on our last day so it did not significantly impact us. Also, the mattresses were not very comfortable but we were so tired from our activites that we still slept well. Overall, would definitely recommend and really appreciated the great communication, spacious unit, and amenities it offered!

Amazing!! Everything was terrific. Such a cozy, homey, beachy place with an incredible view on the roof! Just about everything you need is provided, including the most thorough, local travel recommendation list from the hosts. Specifically, Ana, who is there to answer any questions you have via phone, text, or email…She even checked in on the place when we were gone, only because I was confused how to lock the door properly lol. You’re on the beach in 30 seconds!Easily catch an uber wherever!Eat breakfast close by (Pinkies!!) Airport Is 15m tops! And don’t forget to utilize the hammock inside, with the best sliding doors ever!!I want to go back now!!

The owner and manager are exceptional. The step by step info to get there, enter, and use the property were all 100% clear. The design of this building is unique and worked well for our family of 6, 2 parents 4 young adults. Perhaps it is worth mentioning that this wouldn't be a good fit for anyone that can't carry luggage and supplies up stairs.This is a busy rental property with some areas of wear and tear, all typical for the area. Despite that, this place was cleaned very well and we were immediately comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and access to the beach can't be beat! Appreciated the available chairs, toys, etc as this saved us some . We loved the roof, a couple of flights of stairs up and you are in a different world. The view is incredible, the small rooftop pool was a lot of fun after busy days in SJ.Perhaps the biggest impact on us was the extensive info provided for the area by the owner and manager. The detailed info on restaurants, points of interest, etc. was so great and beyond appreciated! We would 100% go back to this property without hesitation!
