The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, and other necessary essentials for convenient meals at home. Barstools line the kitchen counter for casual dining and visiting in the kitchen.

Bedroom #3 is furnished with 1 queen bed and 1 full bed and a smart tv.

This condo exceeded our expectations! The cleanliness was top notch there was not a single thing that could have been cleaned better. The kitchen is really well stocked with everything you could need including an air fryer, blender, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, breville, electric whisk, sharp knives, steak knives, griddle, frying pans, saucepans of all sizes, can opener, whisks, measuring cups. Flour, sugar, salt, pepper and basic seasonings. All the plates, cups, wine glasses and mugs you could need, mixing bowls, serving bowls, grilling tools, bbq, dishwasher and washing machine pods, dish soap, towels pool towels. The nearest pool is not suitable for little kids but just further along there's an excellent pool (also included) with slide and lazy river. Walmart isn't far. Check out Rush Funplex just over the road it's a good deal too. Great distance to Zion and Sand Hollow. Would recommend to anyone definitely deserves "premier host" title. Needed to contact host, had response within 10 min.

The condo was clean and beautiful and was stocked with all the basics and then some. The tall ceilings and outdoor area make it spacious and every room is very comfortable. The grounds were clean and we felt like we had the pool to ourselves most afternoons. The host was very responsive and even provided a pickleball set when we were disappointed not to find tennis racquets available for use. The fitness center is too notch and the directions for check in and check out were very clear. Highly remembered. There are many good restaurants within a 10 min drive.
