About this cottage rental
All-inclusive holiday cottage (except tourist tax) with heated swimming pool (April 15th to September 15th) shared with the owners and the bed and breakfast. The owners' house is located near the cottage (privacy assured). Ground floor: living room/kitchen (4-burner induction hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine, etc.), 1 bedroom (accessed via one step down, 2 single beds 90x200cm), shower room, WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm), shower room, separate WC. Electric heating (included in the rates). Wi-Fi. Reversible air conditioning in the living room and upstairs bedroom. Private parking in front of the property and 1 parking space for one car inside the grounds. Firewood provided for 2 fires (additional fires are charged extra). 1 bed and breakfast room for 2 people on the property. The Loire à Vélo cycling route is nearby, in the heart of the Loire-Anjou-Touraine Regional Natural Park. A few works by Cécile, an amateur painter, are displayed in the gîte (her paintings are available for purchase). Non-smoking accommodation. POOL OPENING: 15/04 TO 1509. Renowned names of the Loire Valley are just a stone's throw away, offering a wealth of options to satisfy your desire for discovery and encounters. Cécile and Pascal wanted to offer you a holiday retreat of exceptional quality: a mission accomplished! What a pleasure it is to step through the door of the gîte where the decor, the ambiance, the crackling fireplace from the first days of autumn, combined with the much-appreciated comfort of an en-suite bathroom for each bedroom, will charm you immediately. The magnificent garden and its swimming pool for beautiful sunny days, the numerous outdoor games, and the terrace overlooking the pool guarantee a truly memorable stay. Near Saumur (its Cadre Noir equestrian center and castle), the magnificent and unmissable Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, and Chinon with its Royal Fortress, you will also discover Candes-Saint-Martin and Montsoreau, listed among the Most Beautiful Villages of France.

Cécile and Pascal’s gîte has absolutely everything you need for a wonderfully comfortable and very relaxed stay! The gîte is very well equipped and is spacious. The pool is an added bonus. The location was perfect for us - close to the Loire which we were cycling beside. Many small towns and villages close by, so many restaurants and bars to choose from, and fabulous sights to explore and amazing history. You do need a car to reach these and supermarkets and for other shopping. A great little bakery in town. Cécile and Pascal were perfect hosts, we stayed 3 weeks and loved every minute.

A wonderful place, amazing touches which makes it so very special. Great pool, always beautifully clean with comfy recliner chairs.Kitchen very well equipped with everything you could need. Comfy bed and superb shower.Excellent hosts in Pascal and Cecile who were only there when needed. A peaceful haven we hope to return to.
