Look no further than this beautiful lake house for your large family or friend gathering! On the perfect section of the lake, with easy access to dripping springs, the dock/slip is perfect to keep a rental boat. We rented a tritoon for the week and it fit perfectly and was easy to get in and out. We enjoyed fishing off of the kayaks, jumping around in the lily pad and the enormous game room and living area. We brought a group of 12 with ages 10 - 80 and this was the PERFECT house and location. Two main floor bedrooms and bathrooms are nice for those that don’t want to do stairs. The large master and three bedrooms upstairs and updated and appointed nicely with everything you need (thanks for the awesome charging plug-ins). Coffee and tea bar is a fun addition, as are all of the games in the game room. Can’t wait to visit again!

The house is very beautiful. We picked it for the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, large kitchen and eating area, and the view from the large deck areas. The house was very clean and each area furnished with everything we could wish for. We had a couple of questions and the owner responded to us quickly. Our family had a great time. There were three things that concerned us. The stairs are very steep. You have to walk through one of the upstairs bedroom to reach the other three. The driveway is very large but steep as a black diamond ski slope.
