The apartment is in an ideal location. We loved walking out the gate and being smack in the center of Le Marais. The shower always had hot water and great water pressure. The kitchen was fully stocked and beds were comfortable. Our only issues had to do with noise and ventilation. We could hear folks moving around in the upstairs apartment sometimes. This was not a problem during the day but did disrupt sleep a couple times at night. The ventilation was a slightly more difficult issue as the only window in the apartment is at ground level on the courtyard where folks smoke. There was also a small skylight. Due to unseasonably hot wrather (no AC) we had to use fans which did mean pulling the cigarette odors into the apartment. Neither of these issues were deal-breakers for us but just something for future guests to be aware of.

The location is fabulous. The host was very attentive, and even recommended some restaurants in the area. I would definitely stay there again.

The “apt” was perfect for our family of 6. Very convenient area; shops, restaurants all easy walking.we enjoyed our stay very much. Oh yes, easy walk to lots of sights!
