About this house rental
Welcome to Palm Springs, a stylish little gem located minutes away from Torquay town centre & surf outlets. The stunning, sun drenched pool area is a real treat, toasty & heated all year, you can swim all winter! An older style, cosy home with a large backyard and fire pit. Enjoy 2 al frescos, plus a playstation for kids (or adults!) to enjoy. Suitable for a family or couples wanting a romantic break.
A three bedroom, single level home comprising of:
- open plan living, dining & kitchen
- 3 x queen rooms
- 1 x bathroom with shower (no bath)
- laundry with washer/dryer
Outside:
- Pool - heated all year.
- Fire Pit
- 2 x BBQs & two al fresco dining areas (front garden & back garden)
All linen and towels are included in the clean price
The pool is heated to around 29 degrees in the summer and can be cooler in the winter due to the outside temp, it can sit at around 25-27 in the winter.
Please note this is not a pet friendly property, however owners do own a dog, so the home is not a allergy free.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. Great amenities, pool was lovely and warm altough the weather wasnt great for us to have a swim. Great location walking distance to everything. Host was very helpful with all our questions and were answered promptly. Will be back

Lovely labour day spent in the pool/ inside the comfy house. Well located near the beach and local shops. Would love to come back!
