Centrally located on the 7mile beach corridor and just across the street from the world famous Seven Mile Beach, this 3 bedroom condo is also within walking distance to the Ritz Carlton (6min) and cool hotels like Palm Heights (9min), restaurants like Tillies located at Palm Heights, Ragazzi (9min), Island Naturals (1min), shops and bars at Camana Bay. No rental car needed if you stay at this property.
Fully stocked kitchen allows for a night in to cook your own culinary delights. Appliances include a full size stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. Bring your own refillable water bottle as there is filtered water in the kitchen to save you on purchasing bottled water :) Games table with Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Pool and Foosball!
***SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Master bedroom downstairs can sleep up to 2 people / two bedrooms upstairs can each sleep up to 2 people per room / two sofa beds can sleep up to 2 people on each sofa bed***
While the property doesn’t have a pool, you won’t miss it—Seven Mile Beach is just across the street! The condo is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a perfect beach day: foldable chairs, a cooler, umbrella, and other beach goodies. A convenient foldable wagon makes it easy to transport your gear, so you can focus on soaking up the sun and enjoying the turquoise waters.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
I try to accommodate all guests during the "purgatory period" between 11am-4pm when the condo is being cleaned. Flights may land earlier than checkin time and depart later than checkout time. That said, the bedrooms are cleaned first and utilized as holding rooms for the luggage. Note that there is never an additional charge for an early checkin/late checkout in hopes that everyone can understand and work together on a stress free vacation arrival/departure. I do need a heads up please in case an early checkin/late checkout is in fact needed, so I can communicate with guests arriving/departing so everyone can be on the same page.
For bookings that are 14 days and longer, one complimentary maid service will be offered every 7 days.

The location of this property was perfect. From having the beach steps away across the street to having so many great restaurant options well within walking distance. It was great to have a kitchen to defray at least some of the cost of eating out all the time. So great to have all the beach supplies and cooler too, the umbrella was a lifesaver! It was a little tricky getting in when we got there, but a neighbor helped us out. Livia was very responsive, we needed more towels and they appeared! I would highly recommend this property.

This location is amazing. Easy access to several restaraunts and bars. Breakfast shop in the same parking lot is fantastic! The beach chairs, wagon, etc were great to have available. Walk to beach is about 10 minutes to the best area; closest to Tillie's. I hope to stay here again.

VrboWe had a wonderful stay! Location was perfect. It was not on 7MB but only a 5 minute walk to a public access point. Condo had a wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, beach mats and a cooler to bring to the beach. Also beach toys if you have younger kids. Quiet building, very clean unit, comfortable beds. Lots of great amenities inside the condo. The host thought of everything!
