About this house rental
The former Almhaus Casa Federica is a typical Lombard rustico, lovingly restored and beautifully located. The house is situated on a sun-drenched slope and has a wonderful view of Lake Como. Living room with fireplace and large chestnut dining table is on the ground floor of the Rustico. Connected to this is the well-equipped kitchen, custom-made by a local carpenter. The furnishings and equipment of the Casa Federica match the rustic character of the former alpine house and is very well maintained. The owners attached great importance to beautiful materials and the typical execution in the area. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor with two airy bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 3 single beds), the bright bathroom and the balcony across the entire width of the house. From here you have a particularly beautiful view of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. The Casa Federica also includes a separate garden with a meadow, a tree for a shady spot, grill, outdoor shower and plenty of space to play. Sun loungers await sun worshipers and a dining table is available for breakfast or dinner. The pool is surrounded by a wooden deck and invites you to swim. It is sometimes used by the guests of the neighboring house. There is a parking space for your car right by the house. A house with character for all vacationers who would like to spend their vacation in beautiful surroundings.
Casa Federica is located in the village of Bugiallo above Gera Lario on a sunny slope. In the immediate vicinity are some other rustic houses, meadows and loose forests. The beach at Gera Lario is less than 10 minutes away. There and in neighboring Sorico there are also shops, restaurants, etc. Near Bugiallo are 2 well-known agriturismi with restaurants that are known for good regional cuisine.
