THE SPACE: Nature View Southside Apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in White Rock, with two levels. The first level is accessible by stairs only.
The air-conditioned lounge area opens onto a private patio and fully fenced garden, creating a perfect spot to relax while enjoying the Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and local channels. Free WiFi is also available for your entertainment.
Both air-conditioned bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds, wardrobes, and ensuite bathrooms. There is also an additional half bathroom for your convenience.
The apartment includes personal laundry facilities with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and high-quality towels and bed linen.
The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, stove, oven, air fryer, microwave, and all essential kitchenware. A Nespresso machine and a few basic staples are provided for your convenience.
A private parking garage is available for secure parking, and you’ll have access to the complex pool and tennis court as part of your reservation.

The garden is maintained regularly, and our gardener may visit during your stay.
As we are not a hotel, we provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any additional supplies needed will need to be purchased during your stay.

Guests are liable for any damage made on the property during their stay.
Upon receiving a complaint about having a party, the police will be called and you will be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be issued.

Power went out. Called for assistance, when finally got hold of person she was rude and made accusations that she would not elaborate on and were completely wrong. There was noise disturbance adjacent to the apartment with woman knocking and shouting on doors late at night.The person "assisting" with power outage would not believe that the electrician number was not in book, was arrogant and slow in responding. After a few hours she finally contacted her electrician, and he came out only to find fuse books not accessible and behind the locked door. Went without power until late the following day when electrician came back to cut the lock on door to access power box. Went without power for 24 hours with food in fridge, no AC, no boiling water etc.
