About this house rental
Alaskan Pipeline place is a cozy two-bedroom home with a piece of Alaskan history in the center! Centrally located very close to downtown Fairbanks and all the major amenities to offer!
The Pipeline set in the center of the home was originally a fireplace/pizza oven! However, due to insurance complaints we cannot have guests use the fireplace or pizza oven. Sorry for the inconvenience.
This space is equipped with everything guests will need for cooking and grilling, bathing, lounging with smart TVs, and king size bed in the rooms.
Quiet neighborhood with view of Northern Lights and proximity to:
-UAF
-Alaska Railroad
-Downtown Fairbanks
-Chain and Local Restaurants
-Grocery Stores
-Shopping
-Walking distance from Alaska Fairgrounds
-Minutes to and from Creamers Field
This home is a duplex with tenants in the lower unit. Please be mindful and respectful as these tenants are for you.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were great, and the neighborhood felt safe. The location made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go, and the home had all the little touches that make travel feel effortless. The host was responsive, friendly, and clearly takes pride in the guest experience. We would absolutely stay here again.

Such a cute place! Stocked with lots of extra amenities which was really helpful during a work trip. Great location in Fairbanks, quiet neighborhood. Host was communicative! Thank you! See you next time!
