We loved our stay in this bright condo! Although there was some wear and tear, this unit had very comfortable beds, lots of light, and a beautiful setting. We loved being right by the creek. The pool was uncrowded and lovely. Great location to easily bike to Lionshead or Vail Village without the crowds.

This is a big unit right near Gore Creek, and those are both positives. However, it smells mildewy and musty on entrance. In the summer, opening windows and sliders helps with this, but you need to close them when you leave, and then it smells again on your return. The carpets (which may be the cause of the mildew) are in terrible condition - stains everywhere. And - not that we watch much TV - the TVs are quite primitive, first generation flat screens from around 2000-2005 vintage. Really small and pre-HD, let alone UHD.
The unit is kept clean, with daily service. And the management (both for Coldstream and at the Grand Hyatt - formerly Hotel Talisa - where you check-in) is friendly and helpful.
