Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation rental features:
Bedroom: Queen bed.
Bonus Cozy Nook: Twin bunk bed in hallway, perfect for a little one or two.
Living Area: Open concept with a (Queen) sleeper sofa, TV, and Gulf views.
Kitchen: Fully equipped and ready for you to prepare meals or snacks to enjoy on the beach-view porch.
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Leeward II features private beach access for guests, with two additional public beach access points less than a three-minute walk away. Eastern Lake is just a short stroll from the condo, offering calm, shallow waters perfect for kids to play and explore.
Prior to departure, please dispose of your waste in the labeled trash cans that are located across the street.
Other details to note:
NO elevator: This unit is on the second floor of Leeward II, accessible via stairs.
Laundry: A community washer-dryer is available for guest use (located on the first level). Before placing items into the washing machine, ensure that sand has been rinsed away.
Trash Disposal: Prior to departure, please dispose of your waste in the labeled trash cans that are located across the street.
A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.
Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

Great beach view. Clean accommodations. Need hooks in the bathroom to hang wet bath towels. Commode kept running off & on every few minutes. Get rid of that glass coffee table, we kept stubbing our toes on it because it’s clear & not too visible. Decor was stark, needs to be more colorful, beach inviting. There was no welcome kit like we received in Leeward I when we stayed there a couple of years ago. Bed was very comfortable.

Great place for 2 people! Perfect for us and the view from the deck was awesome for a great price! Owner was welcoming and very responsive! We would stay again!

Needs a new bed and better cleaners. Sand in bed. Carpet in living room was very dirty and pillows have blood stains on them. Great place but definitely needs furniture updates.
