This is a newly remodeled home and was very clean and comfortable for us. Lots of little creature comforts. Highly recommend and would stay again

The pictures of this house do not do it justice! The open-plan kitchen-dining room-drawing room is much larger than appears in the pictures. The kitchen is very spacious, and the appliances are so exceptionally well kept, they appear brand new. Most are, as I understand that the house is only being rented for just over a year.
There are 3 bedrooms with exceptionally comfortable mattresses and the bathrooms are modern and beautiful. Excellent sleep and great showers are the two things that make a vacation house perfect; these were perfect.
There was a large washer-dryer combo and the host was generous enough to leave us good detergents and softener.
The house was equipped with lots of goodies from excellent coffee to nice toiletries.
I was very happy with my choice of this house, and it was perfect for us as we were attending our son's graduation in the area.
I would definitely stay here again!

This rental was very comfortable and cozy. Communication with owner was excellent. I would recommend this rental to anyone traveling to the Rome area!

A group of us stayed at this property while I'm town for a tournament in Utica. The property was extremely clean and definitely well maintained. The owner Joel is very cool dude and very out going. He did everything he could to make sure our stay was comfortable. And his communication was pretty much instant. No waiting for hours or a day for a reply. The location is on a very quiet road but still close enough to every thing you might need. We will be booking this again next year if the tournament comes back to Utica. Thank you again Joel. It was very nice to meet. We look forward to seeing you again!
