About this house rental
The C Ave Magnolia House is a cute little 4 bed, 1 bath home over in the Time Czech neighborhood. Has just gotten a total redo from the top down. Single bedroom on the main floor with a couple couches in the living room. 3 more bedrooms upstairs for extra guests. 1 bedroom is walk thru and the stairs are steep to the 2nd floor. Easy access to downtown and all over Cedar Rapids. Kitchen and living room all together on main floor with bathroom and laundry. Shared nonfenced backyard and street parking out front for walk up access.

Very clean, super clear communication with the hosts. Great for a quick weekend. My only note is that the stairs are very steep. Not a problem for our group, but if you had elderly guests it would be an issue.

Location was great! 3 min to downtown cedar rapids. Thought the checkin process was super simple. Only 2 main gripes, 1) Stairs going upstairs are VERY steep. Also, upstairs is not as welcoming as downstairs. 2) TV placement is weird, definitely should be moved to the main living room and not in the dining room. Other than that, good stay!
