Beautiful 4-room apartment of 80m² (sleeps 6/8) + open terrace with lovely unobstructed views of the gardens.
It comprises: a large living room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer) - three bedrooms, one with two sets of bunk beds (90cm), one with a double bed (140cm), and the other with a queen-size bed (160cm) - a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet.
Private parking space in the secure residence.
Optional services payable on site:
* Disposable bed linen rental from €15 per bed (fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases).
* Final cleaning fee from €150.
Security deposit (not cashed) and returned 3 weeks after departure: €1000
