If you are looking for the perfect place for your Mexican holiday, encompassing relaxation combined with beautiful, safe surroundings, then look no further than CASA BELLA. Located in the community of lovely Sueno del Mar, Casa Bella is a unique, 1800 sq ft condo situated on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool area. With stunningly beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and Chahué Bay, our spacious terrace has a large table and chairs perfect for enjoying drinks or dinner while watching the sun set. This private, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, end-unit with elevator access has no common walls and has been exquisitely decorated. We offer many amenities including flat screen TV's, marble floors, 11 ft ceilings, a washer-dryer, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, hair dryers, and ceiling fans in every room, just to name a few. If you bring your laptop along, there is wireless internet access throughout Casa Bella, by the pool and at the beach clubs.
Life in Mexico is mainly about outdoor living but on those evenings that you feel just too hot to sit outside, Casa Bella has air conditioners in each room and ample seating around the large dining table. There are large, comfortable chairs and a sofa in the living room. The two generously sized bedrooms have king sized beds with pillow top mattresses and walk-in closets.
Enjoy your day relaxing by the semi-Olympic sized pool with a shallow section for kids. Or, take a 3 minute walk to the beach where 2 beach clubs will provide you food, libations and excellent service. Or, take a drive or cab ride as paved roads allow access to seven other beaches where you can enjoy swimming, snorkeling from the beach, scuba diving, fishing and surfing. Cabs are abundant and very reasonably priced, typically $2-$3 USD. Casa Bella is just a 10 minute walk to Santa Cruz Bay, the location of the fishing village that preceded present-day Huatulco, is now the site of the resort's cruise-ship pier. Literally steps away are a pair of clean beaches and a lively little commercial area of shops, restaurants and an artisans' market catering to visitors.
This 5-Star gated community of Sueno del Mar, with 24 hour security is centrally located - walk to restaurants, shopping and a supermarket within minutes. Tennis is available in the spa/health club next door and golf is a 10 minute cab ride.

Her helpful staff can organize transport to and from the airport, book any excursions you require and answer any questions you may have.

This is a beautiful condo and a great experience for our 1st time in Huatulco. We were there end of April/early May so low international tourist time so was very nice and low key. The AC in the condo works great and was so refreshing as this was a hot time of year to be in the area. The staff were lovely and helpful. Eileen who is the administrator there is very kind and helpful. Her husband, Alejandro, runs a guided tour company so we went with him twice, once to a coffee plantation and another time to waterfalls. Excellent experience with him and nice being driven around by a local who is very knowledgeable and comfortable driving around. This condo is very spacious and well equipped. I think it’s good to be aware of a few things and accuracy could be improved with description. VRBO says this property is beachfront which technically isn’t but you can see the ocean a little bit from the floor 3 condo which it was. I was a little disappointed with the inaccuracy but ended up absolutely loving being among the palms and listening to the birds. Chahue beach is 3 min walk and is beautiful but isn’t a snorkeling beach as there are riptides there. Strong swimmers/locals do swim there but know it is not water safe for children or people who do not know how to swim. We taxied to Entrega n Maguay to snorkel. Also, be aware that there isn’t guest accounts on their tv, you have to log in with your own. Be really nice to have guest accounts. Also be good toilet paper was stocked more.

Great location with gorgeous condo and huge patio ! Third floor allows for a nice breeze! Air conditioners worked great ! Quiet place and despite a beach club nearby playing music, it was not bothersome . It was a wonderful stay , beautiful flowers and plants unkept by an excellent gardener . Tons of birds, and the pool was perfect . Never too busy . We would stay here again in a heartbeat . Keep in mind the beach nearby is really nice but not for swimming if you were planning that . But you can go nearby to other swimable beaches if you want .

Our hosts were top shelf in communication & problem-solving, very responsive. We loved the condominium; it was very spacious, quiet with great amenities, such as washer & dryer; private parking for our rental car. It was our first time in Huatulco; we loved the location. It was central & very convenient for exploring the surrounding area. Very nice pool & well-kept property.

This is an amazing condo rental and we will definitely stay here again in the future. The condo itself is as advertised - very comfortable, very clean and contains everything you need to make a home for a week. The location is wonderful - short walk to the beach, pool clubs, restaurants and the grocery store. And if it’s too hot to walk, very easy to flag down a taxi. The property managers were excellent and very helpful if we had any questions.
