This level also includes an office space for those who need a quiet corner, a walk-in closet for added convenience, and two full bathrooms to accommodate guests with ease.
Also on the main level, three bedrooms provide restful retreats with a total of four beds, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to unwind. For larger groups, three queen-sized air mattresses are available to offer flexible sleeping arrangements. Our property is in Wears Valley, the perfect location for peace and quiet, less traffic, great views, and conveniently located to Pigeon Forge, the Great Smoky Mountains, and Cades Cove. There is so much to see and do in the area, you will never want to leave!.
Other Things to Note:
Before You Arrive
We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible.
*We love furry animals and have some ourselves but we charge a Pet Fee of $100 PER pet, 2 dog maximum. We ask that you keep your dogs off of the furniture but we know how hard that can be sometimes. We have added covers on some of the furniture in the living room. We ask that you bring your own blanket or pet cover if they shed and lay on our beddings. Not everyone that rents the cabin will enjoy finding dog hairs that the cleaners might miss on our bedspreads. We also ask that no dogs be allowed to go down the steps into the basement. It is all carpeted and accidents happen so we don’t want it to happen on our carpet. There is a large dog cage outside on the front porch. We ask that you cage your animal if you are planning to leave for any long periods of time. If you need to bring it inside that is fine.
*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.
*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
*Community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.
Dog Behavior & Liability
Guests are fully responsible for the behavior of any dog(s) they bring to the property. All dogs must be non-aggressive and under control at all times. Any aggression toward neighbors, other guests, animals, or staff—including biting, lunging, or attacks—is strictly prohibited.
Guests assume full liability for any injury or damage caused by their dog(s). The Owner/Host is not responsible for any incidents, claims, or expenses resulting from a guest’s dog. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Owner/Host harmless for all dog-related issues.
Violation of this clause may result in removal from the property without refund and charges for any related damages.

The host seemed ok, but the amenities were not all working, the sauna needed to be fixed, a blind behind the Christmas tree broke, braces on video games coming out the wall, the coat rack was about to come down, the screen door screen coming out, and a cabinet door in the kitchen next to the sink was broken and exposed sharp screws which cut one of my parties finger, the blind that’s broken cut my finger when the maintenance man came out. Loved the property though, in a great location, suggest adding more reflectors at the top of the driveway, very treacherous. Also one remote missing in the theater room

It was a cute place and the hot tub was nice. However, here are some things that were disappointing. The toilet paper holder in the master bath was missing. The door knob on the hall bath was hanging off the door. The maintenance man did come quickly and repair that, which was nice. For the most disappointing thing, the movie room is useless because the internet did not work down there. The maintenance man said there was really bad reception. For the cleanliness, the toilets and showers were clean but the trim and the walls behind doors were really dirty. It looked like they hadn't been wiped down in years. There were very few plates, cups, and silverware, maybe enough for 4 people. The knives were very dull. The cooking pans were very worn and need replacing. Bring your own tp and paper towels since there was very little. There was no softsoap either. Only minimal bar soap for showers and hand washing. I think there were only 4 small bars for 3 baths.
