Undoubtedly one of the best locations on Lake Granbury, and just 4.6 miles from the historic Granbury Town Square and 16.6 from Fossil Rim Wildlife Park. Expansive lot on this quiet cove is the perfect place for families and friends to experience the ultimate lake vacation, with something for everyone. Wade, float, swim, kayak or canoe (both provided) in the cove, or bring your paddleboard or boat/jetski and enjoy hours of fun and excitement in the open lake. Relax, watch the ducks, fish or play on the large dock (with covered boat lift). Take advantage of the large lawn to play soccer, volleyball or play bocci. Enjoy fun conversation and smores around the large firepit in the evening.

Wonderful place for families and large groups! We couldn’t have found a better place to host our 10 grandchildren ages 4-16!! There was so much to do to keep them busy… large yard for volleyball and other games, canoe, kayaks, fishing, and plenty of fun time in the lake! But it also was a peaceful place to enjoy quiet mornings outdoors with all the birds and ducks and geese. And the fire pit was perfect for snores each evening! The weather was great with a cool breeze and lots of shade. We especially liked the covered porch with the extra long table to eat on for every meal. The house is spacious but not fancy- which is what we wanted with all the kids. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. This is a wonderful place to make lots of memories!!!
