The Space
Perched on the 3rd (top) floor of Building C, the condo features soaring vaulted ceilings, a skylight, and a stone gas fireplace that fires up with the flip of a switch — perfect for après-ski. The fully remodeled kitchen is stocked and ready, and the corner sectional sofa anchors a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV. Step out onto the private balcony and take in mountain views with a creek flowing just below.

The condo was nice but a bit 'misrepresented' in the ad on VRBO. It said 3 BR 2 BA, when in reality it is a 2BR with a loft upstairs containing a Queen sized bed. Both "Bedrooms" are downstairs as well as both bathrooms. Additionally, there is no air conditioning installed in the unit which makes it extremely uncomfortable to sleep at night without leaving the windows open (this part wasn't bad) AND USING the one fan provided when we had two other people staying with us. Now maybe people in Colorado are used to no air conditioning, but when it is 80 degrees outside with the sun shining directly into the condo heating it up to unbearable conditions, these "Texans" could not sleep very well. Just being honest. On another note, all four of us were "senior citizens" and three out of four of us had issues with climbing three flights of stairs 2 to 3 times a day, to get to the condo we rented. When you advertise that the unit is on the third floor, you should also make it clear that there is NO ELEVATOR.
