Located 8 km from Beaumont du Périgord (shops), this detached 120 m² house is situated on a retired farm and 300 m from another Gîtes de France property, offering complete privacy.
On the ground floor, you enter through the large main room, which features a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.) opening onto the living room, a TV, and two sofas. A hallway leads to a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a TV. There is also a separate WC. Upstairs, you will find another bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a separate WC with a washbasin. The living room and bedrooms have reversible air conditioning.
A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is accessible from the outside only.
The property includes a private terrace and 1500 m² garden on a 12-hectare estate, with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. Three parking spaces are available on the property. Baby equipment: 1 cot, 1 high chair.
