Amazing property for active families! 2 large pools, Gym with real wood gym floor, tennis court, and a large yard we used for spikeball! My family had a great time! Property is one building, but is broken into original home and Gym/Swim addition. Home was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Gym/Swim addition was fabulous as stated above, but did show signs of wear and tear. We did not need them with so much to do, but photos showing pool slide and hot tub were not accurate as neither were there. Owner did alert us to the hot tub breaking and being removed a week before our arrival, so it was not a surprise.

Hot tub was warm, kitchen well stocked, tons of wood for fire pit, excellent communication. Wish the master bedroom had a fan or the windows could open it was really hot. Windows needed screens. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

There are a lot of issues with the house that need attention. The toilet paper holder, towel holder and drain cover are all broken in the main bathroom. Carpet in thresholds have holes in them and have been duct tapped. The water and ice maker in the fridge are broken.Holes in walls and some patched but not repainted. Tiles in the pool are off and falling off. Bottom of the pool look unclean. It was a disappointing to have so much in disarray. Charging top dollar for a house and not getting a top property and accommodations seems unfair.Overall we were disappointed.
