About this house rental
Abita Luxury Rentals welcomes you to escape to paradise at this 3,000 sq ft, 4-bedroom luxury retreat in Nohea at Mauna Lani, completed in 2024. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and style, this home features a private backyard with a pool and spa, surrounded by lush greenery. Perfect for families or groups, you will enjoy privacy and access to nearby beaches, golf courses, and fine dining. Relax, unwind, and experience the ultimate Hawaiian escape in this tropical sanctuary.
About the Space:
- 4 Bedrooms: A spacious primary suite and a guest bedroom, each with their own ensuite bathroom. Designed for relaxation and privacy, these two rooms are located within the main house.
- The other two bedrooms are in the Ohana, and have a connecting door, which can be closed and locked for privacy, or left open for families with small children. Both bedrooms have a connecting ensuite bathroom.
- All four bedrooms are complete with high-end king beds for a restful night of sleep.
- Flex Room with Murphy Bed: A versatile space for quiet moments or watching TV. The Murphy bed provides flexibility for additional guests.
- 4.5 Bathrooms: Enjoy the convenience of bathrooms in each bedroom, including a spacious primary ensuite, and an additional half bathroom off the living room.
- Private Pool and Spa: Step outside to your own tropical oasis featuring a private pool and spa, surrounded by lush landscaping and ample lounging areas, ideal for soaking up the sun or stargazing at night. The pool is seasonally heated, with optional heating for a fee, and the spa heats on demand.
- Designer Furnishings: Every space is beautifully appointed with Restoration Hardware furniture, creating a refined yet comfortable ambiance throughout.

- Nohea Amenity Center: Free-form pool, gym, and outdoor kitchen with BBQ.
- The property is stocked for the beach with beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and boogie boards. There are also four bikes available for use during your stay.
- Mauna Lani Beach Club pass for exclusive access to a pristine beach, excellent snorkeling, and the Napua Restaurant, a short walk from the home along the fishpond trail. It provides a safe swimming and snorkeling experience, on-site beach attendants, cabanas, and showers. Lounge chairs and cabanas are provided, so you only need to pack beach towels and snorkel gear.
- Mauna Lani Sports Club pass for exclusive access to the Sports Club, an off-site affiliate of the Auberge Hotel, offering tennis, pickleball, a 25-meter lap pool and fitness center. For clarity, this membership does not grant access to the Auberge Hotel and their on-site amenities.
This home is part of a new luxury community, and as the neighbourhood grows there will be construction activity on nearby lots. Work is limited to weekdays between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We are happy to share the most up-to-date details with you before your stay so you know what to expect.

This rental was absolutely fabulous. Luxury all the way around. Stocked with everything you need and of high quality. Bedding extremely comfortable. Best rental we have had. Location was great and the beach access was the best - able to sit on sandy beach or snorkel.
