We had 3 one ton trucks/22 foot bed trailers along with a one ton truck/40 foot bed trailer parked in the driveway and 5 jeeps. We all fit in there with ease. House was good for our 5 couples. The sleeping does consist of bunk beds and not all rooms have a tv. Three bedrooms have private bathrooms and two of the bedrooms share a bathrooms in the upstairs hallway. Next to all the bedrooms upstairs is a washer & dryer. Very convenient. Nice sitting area with large TV and fireplace and kitchen was great (fully stocked). The outdoor playground/volleyball court/fire ring was perfect. A family with kids would love it here too. There was a fence to add privacy. There was a two stall garage with plenty of outlets to plug in coolers and more storage for outdoor toys and jeep doors. The garage also had a refrigerator. We really enjoyed it here and would definitely book here again.

Place and surroundings are gorgeous and fit our gathering of small families perfectly. Each room basically had its own bath (only 2 share a bathroom). The back yard was great with the kids and hanging out before/after our adventures for the day. Only wish there had been more dishwasher soap and trash bags, for the size group we had and the number of days we were there. Would still go back there next time we are in MOAB with a group.

This property was amazing.Great location for the Arches and Canyonlands as well as the hopping town of Moab. Very clean well stocked kitchen and a fire pit for cocktails or stories after a full day of exploring We hope to be back in the future.

This house was wonderful. Clean, well stocked. It was perfect for our three families. The separation of the rooms upstairs provided privacy for each family. Playground was great for the littles. Enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. My husband is in a wheelchair and could get into the house with no issues and could maneuver around the downstairs with no problems. However, there are no grab bars in the shower or around the toilet. Since the house is listed as ADA compliant, we did expect grab bars. If you are needing this assistance, just keep this in mind. Would definitely stay here again!
