Stay right on Dickson Street in a two bedroom condo built for Razorback game weekends and Fayetteville getaways. Step out the door and you are on Dickson, with the bars, restaurants and live music a short walk away. The University of Arkansas campus, Bud Walton Arena and Razorback Stadium are about a mile from the condo.
The space
Second floor condo with an open living area, a full kitchen with everything you need to cook, and a balcony for morning coffee or a pregame drink. The main bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen, and the living room sofa pulls out for extra guests, so the condo sleeps 6. One full bath plus a half bath, washer and dryer in the unit, air conditioning, fast wifi and a TV with YouTube TV so you can catch every game you are not at.
Parking
Two parking spaces labeled 209 are included with your stay, so there is no hunting for a spot on game day.
Guest access
The whole condo is yours. Self check in with a keypad code, sent before arrival, so you can come and go on your own schedule.
Good to know
Dickson Street is the heart of Fayetteville nightlife, so expect some street energy on weekend nights, especially game weekends. Quiet hours inside the building are 10pm to 8am. No parties or events. The primary guest must be 25 or older. Pets are welcome with a pet fee.

This location was great for visiting all the restaurants and bars in this college town. However we can’t party like we use to and tried go to bed by ten. It was so noisy, we couldn’t sleep.

We came in town to visit my son, who attends University of Arkansas. The apartment was perfect. Located right on Dickson street it’s walking distance to foods, bars and shopping. The owners were amazing and worked with us through some scheduling issues that came up. Would book again and definitely recommend.

Great location to Dickson Street. It is a little walk to get to the square, but not bad.
