We stayed in mid January so the 3 star pool rating is meant as a neutral, non-rating with a form that requires a rating.The neighborhood doesn't look great but we felt fine being there & it is conveniently downtown. The facility itself is older but clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is fine, like most hotel/motel chains - although we appreciated it not being closed down so early as many places do.The price was good. This is a good value motel.

The hotel was older and had been remodeled but it just had an old feel. It was clean and had the necessities but that’s it. The check in area was in the basement and was not very welcoming.
