With all the comforts of home, Kulakane 310 is a wonderful spot to just kick back relax, and enjoy the island. 310 is centrally and conveniently located just north of the famous Kaanapali Beach Resort Area, and close to many other world-class beaches, snorkeling, dining, and shopping. We had a wonderful time here. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and it was close to amazing beaches and good food. (Highly recommend the Fish Market, Miss Arepa, and Penny's ice cream.) We loved the lansi and our kids loved the pool, and watching rainbows and turtles from our lanai while we had breakfast. The only thing that was a little unreliable/frustrating was the air conditioner. It worked for periods each day, maybe according to a schedule, and could be quite loud when we were trying to sleep. Otherwise it was perfect!

This is an absolutely amazing place! The sunset view and the water below was incredible! Everything here was as advertised. The large sliding door to the balcony was outstanding and allowed for a wonderful breeze through the place. I would stay here again and look forward to making plans! The host of this property had great communication and gets back to you in a very timely manner.

Had a fabulous time in the house, location was great. Swam with turtles in front of the building, watched whales in the distance all afternoon.

Condo is in a great location right on the water. property has not been very well Taken care of and needs a lot of repair work. very dirty carpets, cabinets in the kitchen are falling apart, doors can’t close or stay closed, twin mattresses are hard, broken window that won’t stay open, small thing like the can opener, doesn’t work and knives that don’t cut,etc. Has so much potential.
