About this apartment rental
Renovated second story condo (short two flight stairway only-no elevator) located in the wonderful Gatlinburg Summit Condos, minutes from Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort and Amusement Park.
We have everything you need when you book our spacious 2 bedroom smoke-free condo. It sleeps six , and has a wood burning fireplace to enjoy during those chilly fall and winter evenings! Firewood is available for purchase (a small ‘cash only’ fee at the office).
Main bedroom has a comfortable king bed, closet with iron and ironing board, and full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Guest bedroom has comfortable queen bed and cozy window seat.
The condo is located close (but not too close) to the outdoor pool (closed during winter). A newly rebuilt indoor heated pool, with two heated hot tubs, is open year round. In the adjacent clubhouse is a small arcade for the kids, restrooms, soft drink machine, and a coin operated laundry room. Outside the clubhouse is a playground for the kids, and outdoor grille. Amazing views all around, and sometimes bears playing below.
From the Gatlinburg Summit you are surrounded by any number of things to see and do - hiking, skiing, shopping, sightseeing, fishing, biking, or just people watching.
Bring your kids, come with your significant other, or enjoy some "me" time. For a ‘home away from home’, this is the place to come!

The condo was beautiful and clean! The view off the back balcony was so peaceful to watch in the morning and evening! The condo had every thing we needed for a comfortable stay and the hosts communicated the details of checking in and directions ahead of time and clearly and were so kind! Private code for the door so no worrying about keys - that was nice! My kids enjoyed the pools very much and even seeing some bears during our stay was such a highlight! Beds were also comfortable and clean. Also loved the touch of having the guest book for people to write about their stays and their favorite things to do and places to eat. 10/10 vacation!

Great spot on top of the mountain! Was perfect for my husband and I for a couple of nights. Would stay again!

The space was clean, and there were extra blankets available. The balcony provided a nice view of the mountain. The indoor pool and 2 hot tubs were nice for both mom and dad and the kids. I do warn that it gets warm in there, and the chemicals start to burn your eyes, but the kids didn’t have a single complaint, and they kept the pool and hot tubs clean! It is roughly a 15 minute drive from town to the condo, and we enjoyed the drive. It allowed us to see more of the mountain. The people we rented off of responded timely and were kind and helpful.

Steep and winding drive way up the mountain, neat! Great views. Saw bears in the road and while hiking. Pool and hot tubs were nice, beds were comfortable, tap water tasted great. Enjoyed cooking most of our meals, plenty of space for our family, really nice having 2 bathrooms. Great value for the price! Nice quiet area away from the hustle bustle of the city, but conveniently close to everything at the same time.
