Come enjoy your stay at the Cozy Cane Patch, located in the Summit of Gatlinburg complex! This beautiful, three bedroom, two bath, condo is only 4 miles from the downtown Gatlinburg strip and only 2 miles from Ober Mountain. It’s the perfect getaway for the whole family, either for a week or a weekend. NOTE: This unit is on the 3rd floor, guests MUST be able to climb stairs as there is no elevator on the grounds.

Gatlinburg Summit Condos are located above it all with beautiful mountain views! The complex contains a seasonal outdoor pool, a recently renovated indoor pool and hot tub, a small video arcade and playground. There is also a coin operated laundry room and 2 charcoal grills for guest use. Enjoy the quiet of the mountains and maybe even wildlife sightings!

The Cozy Cane Patch features an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. In the living room you will find comfortable furniture, a smart TV and a beautiful wood burning fireplace. There are queen beds in each of the bedrooms on the main floor. One bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is another full bathroom with a full shower. The third bedroom is up a fun spiral staircase to the loft which is perfect for the kids! There are 2 twin over full bunk beds in the loft. Each bedroom also has a TV. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to enjoy a home cooked meal. Off of the main living space is a small balcony to enjoy your morning coffee with views of beautiful Smoky Mountains.

Free parking is located conveniently in front of the unit building. We ask that groups limit themselves to 2 parking spaces.

THINGS TO KNOW
- The unit is on the 3rd floor and can only be accessed from the indoor stairwell. Guests MUST be able to walk up stairs as there is no elevator in the complex. There are also stairs in the unit to access the lofted bedroom.
- The outdoor pool is open seasonally from mid-April through Labor Day, weather permitting.
- Due to Summit Mountain location, cell service may be limited at times.
- Firewood is not provided; guests can purchase it at the condo office or at a local gas station.
- Free, fast WIFI is provided
- The indoor pool complex is newly renovated and open year round
- Washer and dryer are located in the same building as the condo office, they take both cards and cash
- In order to get great mountain views, guests must drive up a mountain. The drive to the condo does include twisty, mountain roads. They are fully paved and accessible to average vehicles. Four wheel drive may be necessary in the winter.
- Wildlife (including bears) are common in and around the complex. DO NOT FEED THE BEARS! Please leave them alone, they are wild animals. It is also illegal and subject to fines to both knowingly feed them and/or leave food and garbage that will attract them. Please secure your belongings and lock your vehicle doors.

***YOU WILL BE DRIVING IN THE MOUNTAINS***
All of the roads are paved and easily accessible by a standard vehicle, but there are steep inclines and sharp curves.
Apple Maps will try to take you on Lower Alpine Way and Alpenrose Rd, I DO NOT recommend this unless you are comfortable with mountain driving.
