This was such an adorable cozy studio apartment perfect for our (couples) weekend getaway to explore the Elkin/Yadkin Valley area and wineries. The apartment is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood but very close to downtown and several nearby wineries. There are several restaurants in the area for meals since the apartment does not have a stove, only a microwave. The surrounding lot /yard area was beautiful. We enjoyed the green space very much. We were fortunate to meet the host upon our arrival. She was very gracious and wanted to make sure that everything was to our liking. Our instructions for use of the apartment were very simple and clear. We highly recommend this host and apartment, and we will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit.

My husband and I really enjoyed this sweet little studio off the beaten path! It was adorably decorated, peaceful and so pristine. The location was ideal to downtown Elkin and we loved exploring the nearby shops, breweries and wineries. Three unplugged nights to celebrate a milestone birthday was just what I needed and the Yadkin Valley Wine Festival topped it all off - such a fabulous event. We would definitely re-book. This is a hidden gem!

Place super clean, updated and convenient. Host was really easy to communicate with and had great suggestions for wineries, restaurants and bars. She even left a bottle of wine with a Happy 60th Birthday sign for my wife. Would absolutely stay here again.
