Summit Exuma is a destination all on its own. This giant vacation house has a total of 7 Bedrooms, 6 Full/1 Half Bathroom, 3 Great Rooms, 4 Porches, and a Roof Top deck. This 10,000 SF house is triple the size of most rental houses on Exuma. The Prime Minister stays here every April.
The oversized pool/hot tub/deck/cabana/100” outdoor movie theater are bigger and better than most Caribbean hotels. Private 500-foot driveway secured by an iron gate. Inside, the estate features a gourmet kitchen with commercial ice maker, a fully equipped gym, and even a self-playing Grand Piano. The craftsmanship and finishes throughout are unparalleled anywhere on the island.

It has freshly imported meats (steak, chicken, pork, lamb, sausages) and seafood, as well as other grocery items like fruits and vegetables. They offer call ahead ordering. They are closed on Sundays.
Convenience Store: SMITTY'S (basic food, liquor and pharmacy) located 3 miles north of Summit.

The home was beautiful and very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. In addition to the fully stocked kitchen, we had all the pool floats, snorkel gear, ice chests, beach towels, portable speakers, etc that we could possibly need. The house is huge with 3 separate indoor living room type areas (one on each floor). Everyone enjoyed having their own space. The outdoor pool and entertaining area truly is the best part of the property. The view is unbeatable and we enjoyed ending our long days out on the water relaxing by the pool and taking in the view.

We enjoyed an excellent stay at this property. The space was immaculate, tastefully furnished, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the strong Wi‑Fi made it easy to stay connected. The location was ideal for local attractions and dining. Communication and check‑in were seamless — it made our trip stress‑free. Nicky was an outstanding hostess — warm, responsive, and very helpful with local tips and recommendations.Quick to respond and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Nicky and the owners went above and beyond and put us up another night when our flight was canceled. The homeowner’s brother was also very nice. Highly recommended for families or anyone visiting the area!

We had a group of four couples and enjoyed a fantastic week despite the unseasonably cold weather. Nicky was extremely knowledgeable about the island and quickly answered any questions we had about the house. She was always just a call or text away and responded immediately every time.The house itself had everything we could ask for. Both the indoor and outdoor pool deck areas were spacious and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. It was well-stocked with everything we needed—coolers, chairs, speakers, beach towels, masks, pool toys, and more. The ice makers were a huge hit with our group.The location was perfect, only a few minutes’ drive to town and the grocery stores, and within walking distance of great restaurants and bars. The view was one of the best on the island, and we loved spending time on the multiple decks just taking it all in.-Ryan
