Location, gulf view and value for money in the area was great! The property is a bit rundown and kind of looks like they are fixing up an area at a time…the kitchen and bathroom seemed like they were more updated but the walls and furniture were scuffed and a bit dirty. It was just my husband and I and only for a few days so none of it was a problem for us. We would probably stay there again for a long weekend for the price.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and decided to stay on 30A, which never disappoints. The outside of the condo was freshly renovated and looked amazing! Inside was just as nice. Very clean and open, no clutter! Perfectly nested on the beach! Love this place and will recommend
