Parking was an issue at first. Parking is limited. Beach view was perfect. AC was top notch. Weather stripping under front door needs replaced. Toilet situation was weird knees wedged into wall. Too funny ended up side saddle on toilet.

Perfect location, right across from the beach access. A quick walk across the street and you’re on the beach. John’s Pass is just a quick walk down the beach. The condo was clean and well maintained and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The host was quick to respond to my questions and check-in was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

What a quaint little comfy place. Wonderful welcome basket! Just perfect for 2 who want to enjoy the beach. Beach chars are provided, as well as beach towels for those coming without. It’s on the second story of the place and the stairs are NOT lit up at night. Be careful. Also the community pool was not clean and it was a disappointment that we couldn’t use it.
