Inside you will find a tastefully remodeled unit with one bedroom, one bath, updated kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa, and flat screen tv. Kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials for eating in or preparing your special beverages.

Sargassum Seaweed Update:
The Caribbean Sea has been experiencing a higher volume of sargassum seaweed in recent years from Florida, to central America, and onto all island in the Caribbean. While the staff removes it daily, the seaweed can pile on the beach. We like to inform our guests because the seaweed could potentially prevent enjoyable use of the water at our beach . If there is seaweed on our beach, there are many other beaches available that will not have any. It depend on the winds and the tide. It comes and goes
This condition is unpredictable on a week-to-week basis and something that is out of our control. As a result, we cannot issue refunds as a result of sargassum.

Property condition was outstanding, no complaints whatsoever, kudos to the hosts.Would like to see the local govt figure out a way to remove the seaweed/sargassum on the beautiful beach and water in front of the unit. Could not enjoy swimming here, had to go to other beaches on the island

The property is at a perfect location, and the condo was clean. It was great having the beach access right out of the door. There were no problems with accessing the property and the condo, and we did not have any issues. The owners were easy to reach out to and responsive; thankfully, we did not have any issues.

We went for our wedding very special trip for us the condo was incredible everything we wanted an needed only 5mins from the Boardwalk was extra bonus, the staff at Cinda was relentless on keeping beach cleaned and organized daily!Loved it an we will be back to visit at Sugar Beach Comdos
