The Space:
With incredible Views over Port of Airlie Marina and the Coral Sea Beyond this is the holiday apartment for you!
Plenty of space for two couples or a family of 4 with two bedrooms, ensuite to master and second bathroom. Double Sofa Bed in the Lounge Room. Ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout for your comfort. A fully equipped kitchen means you can prepare a beautiful meal to enjoy on the balcony whilst watching the ships sail into the Marina, or with the main street just 800m away, take your pick of one of Airlie's many restaurants.
Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath/pool towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Phil’s place. It was as described and had everything that we needed. It was an easy walk into town, even for 4 seniors! The hosts were quick to respond for easy entry and any questions. We would definitely return.

Spacious unit close to port. Several house keeping issues - chipped crockery, no laundry liquid or washing up liquid, 2 tiny non absorbent tea towels, empty water bottles and packets under bed,.Constant traffic noise
