Vacation in luxury with this welcoming coastal style ocean view 5-bedroom, 4 bath villa located within Ocotal beach area, Guanacaste.
This villa is at a walking distance from the beach and boasts a fully equipped kitchen, high-end furniture, amazing ocean view, outdoor lounging area, and luxury throughout.
The open living space features wrap-around windows overlooking the Pacific Ocean and mountains.
Three bedrooms are on the first floor and two are on the second floor with their own personal balcony attached.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, Smart TV, ample space, sliding doors leading out to the balcony, ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and a walk in closet.
The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, balcony, Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom as well.
Two other bedrooms are equipped with a queen bed and Smart TV each.
The kid’s bedroom is sure to be a highlight with two custom built twin over full bunk beds and their own Smart TV.
The full kitchen has all the appliances, cookware and counter space you will need.
The dining table has enough seating for up to twelve guests.

To call this place fantastic is an understatement. We were a group of 7 adults and the layout gave everyone there own space while the communal core of the house was great for all hanging out. Not obvious from the pictures is each of the two upstairs rooms has its own staircase on opposite ends of the house.It's a few minutes walk down to the beach and 10 minute drive in to town. We had people coming/going to the airport at different times and that's less than 45 minutes away so it kept logistics simple.Kitchen was stocked with the basics for meal prep, though the stove lacks an exhaust hood so keep that in mind.The daily cleaning was a nice extra.Easily one of the best places in this price class that we've stayed at.

This Villa is absolutely amazing! Beautiful views spacious and a quick 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach and Father Roosters restaurant! It’s so so peaceful sitting outside by the pool listening to the birds and the Howler Monkeys. We rented a golf cart for the week to take into town. It’s a 10-20 minute ride on the golf cart. The area is very safe and the people are so friendly. The Villa is gated but never felt unsafe! The cleaning lady ( Demarie I’m sure I spelt that incorrectly) did an amazing job. She came everyday to make beds do a quick clean of bathrooms replenish towels if needed and scrubbed floors. She was the sweetest! I would highly recommend this villa. The Host was very responsive answered any questions that I had. I would definitely rent this Villa again!

Lovely villa.Perfectly suited our family group of 7 adults and 4 young kids.Pool was great and short walk to Ocotal beach was fineThe daily cleaning was excellent.A couple of small issues were fixed immediately.Nice touch to have the beach chairs, pool noodles, kids toys, boogie boards - all happily used.Would happily return.

The house worked perfectly for our group. A beautiful home, pool, outdoor area and so close to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
