Great location. Beautiful place. Great layout. Had everything you needed to be comfortable. Lots of room.
Great outdoor space as well.
Beds were very comfortable.
The only complaint is the noise of the beds. Any movement causes loud noises that wake you up.

An immaculate garage apartment just off ETSU’s campus. The apartment had all the basics including a variety of coffee for the Keurig and very comfortable beds! The outside patio is lovely and very welcoming. Tricia was very responsive to all messages and shared great info about the area.
