This recently renovated cottage has a beautiful coastal vibe. Modern amenities come together with vintage accents such as shiplap, hemlock beams and original fireplace and chimney creating a quintessential Maine cottage. Large deck with outdoor dining and lounging and a large yard make it great for one or two families. The house is located two blocks from the town center so it is close to restaurants and shops.

This home is beautifully decorated and had everything the 5 of us needed for a wonderful 4-night stay! Great promity to Acadia NP, restaurants and shops. Ingrid, our host, was very responsive and ensured we had what we needed. We highly recommend this home!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Our host, Ingrid, was responsive, helpful, and an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond what we ever expected, even helping us coordinate the shipping of a graduation cake for my niece. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare, and it made our trip feel truly special. She is unbelievably warm, kind, and genuinely invested in making her guests feel welcome.The home itself was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully organized, and exactly as described in the listing. Ingrid provided clear, detailed instructions that answered every question we had about the property, which made settling in effortless. Every detail had clearly been considered with guest comfort in mind.This was our first time booking through Vrbo and our first trip to Maine, and we could not have asked for a better experience. The combination of a beautiful, well-kept home and a host who treats their guests with care made this a stay we will remember for a long time.We could not be happier or more satisfied, and we will absolutely book with Ingrid again. We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was roomy, clean and well-equipped. The location was perfect for easy access to all of Acadia. We enjoyed being on the quiet side of the island as well.
