The rooms were very clean. The area is spectacular with nature all around with the sound of birds with your morning coffee or tea. The cabin is cozy and comfortable with two beds upstairs in the loft and a bed in the downstairs bedroom. The great room has a seating with tv, books, and games to play. There is a full kitchen if you are interested in cooking. The hosts are wonderfully kind and attentive to details. They are true artists and have a working pottery studio next door. This is a great place to stay. I’m sure we will be back again!

Beautiful cabin, comfortable for three of us, but 4 would be fine too. Very well equipped kitchen, secluded location. We really enjoyed our stay.

We spent 4 wonderful days at the Potter's Cabin. It is located at the top of a mountain about 20 minutes outside Asheville. We went into the city a few times but we much preferred the peace of the cabin.The hosts, Melanie and Doc, were wonderful. The cabin was wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. Included in the stay was a pottery lesson in Doc's pottery studio right next door. It was great fun and Doc is a patient teacher!We look forward to returning in the future!Thank you for our wonderful visit Melanie and Doc!
