We were warmly welcomed and shown around. The bedroom and bathroom were lovely and spacious. There was aircon and a little fridge, which was great. They have a dedicated space to park our bicycles. We received a voucher for the cafe across the road for a yummie croissant and coffee/tea.
You can hear the traffic, but it didn't bother us.

Location perfect. 5 minutes or less from train station.
AC in room perfect and when used sensibly is not too noisy. Find the remote before you get into bed!
The host, a gentle sweet older man, is so patient as we do not speak or understand any, zero, anything Italian! Be patient with him, he's a lovely fella, he deserves it. Clean linen. Clean and tidy facilities. Fresh too. Access with two keys provided made me feel like the place is mine to come and go as I please. I would stay here again, no problem if going to the same place or even close by.
Tea and coffee facilities in room would have been the icing on the cake.

Convenient to station and town. Loved the breakfast voucher and Jam Cafe.
Very comfortable.
We tried to contact earlier on arrival day but could get through! We would have liked to leave our bag before arrival time.

There is private parking. Breakfast is a pastry and coffee which was very good.
We booked a room with 2 beds, but we got one with double bed because they didn't prepare the other room. Very light walls, you can hear the main road and any neighbours walking into the building. The bed and pillows were not so comfortable. It was the worst sleep I had during the trip.
