The hotel is near from downtown. The bedrooms include appliances to prepare a coffee in the morning.
I encountered a phishing situation related to the payment. Apparently other guest too, but I got no warning about it. The bedroom next to the street was a little noisy.
There is no shelf to put soap and shampoo in the shower.

As the place is located within the city boundaries, there is no car parking available. However, this location also means you're within San Gimignano, la Piazza Cisterna is a short 3 mins walk away. We were very happy with is. Great air condition system, which worked perfectly even though we were in the eves of the building, a lovely new shower and a small cosy bathroom. Lovely all round.

I loved the location, the décor, the shared kitchen. Unfortunately the bathroom wasn't clean, thick dust on the light fittings. It would benefit from a deep clean.

Good shower, bed comfy, small fridge and air con.
Unfriendly reception - was so fast with info that I had to look it all up for myself anyway, toilet seat literally broken in half but I was too tired from walking Via Francigena to care. Not best location at bottom of hill do had to go up stairs to all the sights and was quite a dark spot at night.
