We had an excellent stay at Il Fienile with Francesca and her family. Everything was wonderful. We had a comfortable room with an amazing view of San Gimignano and the countryside. Breakfasts were delicious and Francesca went over and above to provide individualized ideas and directions on what to experience in the area. We came to Il Fienile as visitors and left feeling like we made new friends!

The staff is genuinely welcoming , friendly and kind. The facility is very well maintained, clean and cosy. We rented an electric car and the charging stations were 5 mins walking distance with good availability. Million thanks to Francesca for taking care of us with love and smile.

You MUST stay here , the whole place is just amazing , the view , the room and the wonderful Francesca who looks after you like your family, wonderful breakfast every day , filled us up with different things everyday, coffee was the best coffee I have ever had , I could go on but if you are coming to San Gimignano you must stay here , also Francesca helped get us a reservation at the front of a restaurant that has the best views over the wonderful countryside, best place we have stayed at ever , and we have been to a lot of places , we will be back .
