The bed was very comfortable
The man who let us in…. He mafe no attempt at any social niceties and was positively rude and unwelcoming. He gave us the impression that we a nuisance for arriving when we did. (We did arrive within the scheduled time window)

Hotel Casa dei Potenti is located very conveniently in the direct vicinity of the Duomo, in the heart of the old city of San Gimignano.
The room I slept was exceptional - it is a good size room, tastefully renovated, with keeping the Tuscan architectural elements preserved/restored, making the room feel very cozy.
I liked everything, I have no issues to report.
