The location at the upper end of the street leading to the central piazza in San Gimignano makes it very easy to pop in and out to rest over long days of exploring the town on very hot days!
I loved the old world charm of the room’s vintage furniture and frescoed ceiling while also have updated bathroom facilities.
Silvia, the manager, was amazing…attentive and so helpful to get me oriented. Silvia’s warm welcoming demeanor is a very valuable asset to this Sam Gimignano hotel.
I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything different.

Newly renovated and perfect place to stay in SanGimignano. Surprised to find that this was only rated 2-star and to me should at least be 3 or better. Friendly people, family owned and operated.

The hotel is great, centrally located and very clean. The hotel is family run and you can tell from the outset with a very detailed guide of the best spots and locations from the host on arrival. Check in process is easy. Would recommend.

Silvia was so friendly and helpful, she gave great recommendations and helped me get settled in straight away. The location is great for exploring the walled centre, and parking was an easy 5 min walk away.
Rooms are a little dated, but they have lots of character and were clean and comfortable.
