Good value for money. Spacious, very clean, friendly host . Restaurant by same name in town owned by same people also very good. Enormous servings which is unusual here. I had a sensational Tuscan view from my room.
A little tricky to find as in a little corner and not well signed. Google Maps. kept taking me from the hotel to the restaurant which meant I was running round in circles.

Very large and clean room, great location very close to historic centre but just outside, so not overrun with tourists. Well equipped kitchen if needed. Only one other room in my part of guesthouse, which was ideal, and very quiet.
