Amazing location just outside the San Gimignano city walls. It was a treat to be able to spend time inside of the city during the quiet times in the morning and evening. Parking was onsite which was super. Andrea is a lovely person and this is a very pretty property. The pool was so nice as it was quite warm outside while we were there. The room was relatively comfortable to start with as it is in the lower part of the house but it was so good to also have A/C as an option. We loved staying there. The two gentle recommendations that I would offer would be to remove some of the extra chairs from the room. The extra chairs gave the room a crowded feeling, especially the larger one at the end of the bed. The other recommendation would be to add some shelving about the sink in the bathroom for toothbrushes, tooth paste and put hooks on the wall or the back of the door for the towels. There was a floor stand for the towels but it didn't work well with fluffly large bath towels. These are both very minor issues and would have absolutely not influence on our decision to stay there again.
Room felt slightly crowded with extra furniture and lack of shelving/towel hooks in the bathroom.

The location was brilliant for us! The centre of San Gimignano was not more than a 10 minute walk. Little supermarket less than 10 minute walk. Short drives to volterra,siena,Monteriggioni The rooms were comfortable and clean! We only stayed 3 nights, and bed sheets and towels were changed once which was great. Air conditioning was a god send, and the mosquito plug in all within the room. Andrea was incredible,welcoming and available should you need anything! Thank you Andrea for a wonderful short stay.
There was nothing negative about the property or our stay.
