I would not rate this property for fear of not finding availability in the future, but the hosts were so nice, the location so beautiful and the apartment so cozy that it would be a shame not to. For us everything was perfect. It is situated 1 minute away from the main piazzas of San Gimignano. The building has just a few apartments and is a 13th century palazzo. When you open one window there is San Gimignano in all its beauty, when you open another you can see the Tuscan hills rolling into the horizon. The aparment is not IKEA renovated so it has lots of character. Even the artworks on the walls were tasteful (which is very rare). It was very quiet, clean, well equipped, the layout was very good and the hosts were very nice and helpful. They even provided private parking in an underground garage. Highly recommended!

Our host, Claudio, is/was AMAZING!!! SO friendly, prompt, and helped us with all our needs while visiting San Gimignano. He treated us like family!! Even checked in on us, daily, to make sure we were OK. Will tell all our friends about this amazing apartment, right in the middle of San Gimignano. Very quiet being that is inside the city walls.
NO LIFT, but well worth it!!! We got some extra excercise walking up a few flights of stairs. :)

Location , absolutely perfect. Thankful for all the extras, washing machine , kitchen etc
Furniture a little dated but that didn’t bother us. Perfect host , who had great communication skills.
